After 28 years of military service with more than 15 moves, we decided it was finally time to build our retirement home.  Choosing Dave to build our custom home was the best decision we made.  We wanted a home that allowed for aging in place, but with plenty of room for company.  Dave and Denise listened to what we wanted in our custom home, from the initial design to the finished product.  They took the time to understand what we wanted, making the whole process fun and worry free, even when the inevitable challenges arose.  As each stage was completed, Dave would consult with us to ensure we were happy with the design and finishes, making adjustments to the final design if desired.  I would recommend Jefferson Homes to anyone who wants a quality home.

Long story short, I retired a few years early so I could start enjoying my new life in Wells, Maine.  I had been searching for a home over the course of a few years but did not find the home of my dreams.  I then stumbled upon the Brackett Estates built by Jefferson Homes.  I met with the primary principal, Dave Lauze last April.  From that point on, the home of my dreams was built.  I chose my ideal lot, my ideal house plan and they, along with a wonderful team of workers, made it all happen.  I have been inside my home since September, 2016, and have been very happy with the workmanship of my home.  Any questions or concerns I ever had, have been answered quickly by a member of the team.  I would highly recommend working with the team of Jefferson Homes to anyone who wants a well made home that they can enjoy for many years to come.
